Every month, our Client Account Managers liase with their customers to ensure they are fully satisfied with the service provided. We ask for a satisfaction sheet to be completed and signed, enabling the Directors to be fully aware of the standard in all of our contracts. The Client Account Managers are paid a bonus based upon client satisfaction, which rewards them for a job well done.
