Online Quote Terms and Conditions

1. This online quote should give an accurate cost comparison to your existing contractor based upon the number of hours that you currently have per day or shift. The prices given are based upon wages of £5.73 being paid to the cleaners in line with the legal requirement. If TUPE applies this can affect the costs depending on what rates your current cleaners are paid.
2. Before any agreement can be entered into a site survey will be conducted to confirm the hours required. At this point an exact specification can be produced to ensure all the client's requirements can be met within the time requested. At this point all prices can then be confirmed.
3. On site visits we often find that with modern cleaning techniques, proper training and management of staff we can in fact provide a better standard of cleaning in less time and at a cheaper cost.
4. If additional electrical equipment other than vacuum cleaners is required for floor maintenance then a further charge will apply.
